Of the affirmations in your book, which one inspires you the most?
My favorite affirmation is for the alphabet [letter] E: “I am equal to everyone. I am exceptional and full of energy. I am everything I desire to be.” With so much going on today with social injustice and racism, I felt this affirmation spoke to the fact that we are all equal, [you should] believe that you are exceptional and can be everything you desire to be.
