Please describe your leadership style.
Owning your own business is about more than being a boss. When you’re the boss you kind of have to play every position needed to succeed. … You must treat all your employees with great respect because without them you can’t get to the top. A lot of people confuse being a boss with being a leader, but to be a good leader you have to lead by example.
What is your mission statement?
My mission statement is “stay focused and consistent.” That is the only way to succeed in life and accomplish your goals.
How do you utilize technology to benefit your organization?
I use technology to benefit my organization by using the tools and apps that are necessary for the bottom line of my organization.
