Tere Tatiana helps others understand the trucking industry

Statesboro, Georgia, native Tere Tatiana wants to show people that the trucking industry is lucrative and can help them generate a stream of income that will sustain them during the COVID-19 pandemic. Tatiana hosts educational seminars for people who are interested in the industry but aren’t sure how to get started. The seminar includes learning about business structure, the transportation system, truck safety, shipping, driver retention, and how to scale your business.

What is your day-to-day routine like at work?


I usually wake up at approximately 4 a.m. just to check emails, social media messages and notifications and mentally prepare for my day. I then take a catnap, just to fully wake up to check on my truck operators [before] heading to the gym. Now that Labeled Blu Transportation [operates like] a well-oiled machine, my day is pretty consumed with parenting and preparing to open my very first of many Labeled Blu Collection storefronts here in Atlanta. I then wind down at about 6 p.m. and am ready for bed around 9 p.m., just to do it all again the next day

What inspires you to give your best every day?


My inspiration, I would have to say is what I consider successful — which is having freedom. Whether financially or having time to live the quality of life that I want and can be there for my family. I’ve also fallen in love with the grind and bettering myself, as well as being a role model for my community, while still maintaining a sense of self.
