I would have to say having the ability to be personable virtually — especially with a pandemic and being in such unsure times. Being able to resonate with your target audience over the internet and social media is essential as an entrepreneur.
Describe how you set goals and evaluate your success.
Now that I have a sense of direction as an entrepreneur, the majority of my goals are built upon what I’ve already established as a brand. I come up with ideas [and] once I write those ideas down and create a plan, those ideas become goals.
If you could change one thing about the world, what would it be?
I would change prejudice against all differences. If we as people could accept and respect differences rather than race, social class, sexual orientation, etc., we could learn so much more about ourselves.
