The lawsuit states that the trustee says he recently learned Buck had collected money from the American Society of Composers, Authors & Publishers but kept it. The check is believed to be worth up to $35,000 and the suit is demanding the rapper turn over all money he was paid to help pay off his debts.
Buck has yet to respond to the latest lawsuit but he seems to still be flexing on Instagram as he posts pictures showing off a Rolls-Royce and an expensive motorcycle. He also recently released his latest mixtape, 40 Days and 40 Nights earlier this month and appears to be unbothered by his latest legal issues.
