Black Girl Sunscreen was birthed out of the need for a sunscreen brand that caters exclusively to women of color. In 2016, Shontay Lundy created a sunscreen lotion with 30 SPF that contains natural ingredients and dries completely clear protecting their customers from that ghostly white cast.
