The MEAC comprises eight HBCUs: Coppin State, Delaware State, Howard, Maryland Eastern Shore, Morgan State, Norfolk State, North Carolina Central and South Carolina State. Once she takes the reins in 2022, Stills faces the challenge of maintaining a conference that has lost North Carolina A&T, Hampton, Florida A&M and Bethune-Cookman to other conferences in the past two years.
