Morgan Stanley will host a virtual panel for all Senior Bowl invitees. It will feature GSE directors, as well as Atlanta Falcons linebacker Brandon Copeland, a financial-literacy advocate and University of Pennsylvania professor. Copeland was named to Forbes‘ “30 Under 30″ list in 2020.
The class will emphasize financial fundamentals, the importance of a personality-based financial game plan and how to build a responsible team of advisers.
“The Senior Bowl experience is about more than just what happens on the field,” Jim Nagy, Reese’s Senior Bowl executive director, said in a press release. “Our players are about to embark on a new phase of their lives and Morgan Stanley Global Sports & Entertainment’s financial education program will help them transition from being student-athletes to professionals. We are excited about having our trusted partners at Morgan Stanley be a part of our game for years to come.”
The Senior Bowl is set to kick off on Feb. 5 in Mobile, Alabama, at the University of South Alabama, the same venue that hosted the NFL’s first-ever HBCU Combine.
