CEO Judy Dupart helps women regain confidence with Kaleidoscope Miracle Drops

How did the experience of touching clients’ hair and knowing their needs give you insight when creating Kaleidoscope?

One of my clients actually cheated on me. She went to a different hairstylist and when she came back to me she had a very small bald spot in the middle of her head because the person used bobby pins and they caused scarring to her scalp. That experience from being behind the chair made me feel like I wanted to be able to solve that problem because I wanted to be able to take care of my customers. So from there, I explored the option of different hair products. We came out with four products and miracle drops was the last thing, but it ended up being “the” thing.

How did you find the courage to continue to move forward with your dream?

Honestly,  I’ve learned to embrace adversity versus run away from it and be scared of it. I’ve learned to take what’s supposed to be painful or considered a trial and try to figure out what’s the lesson that God wants me to have from it. Whatever this lesson is at this level is supposed to teach me something so that when I get to a different level, I don’t experience it again. I had children and was put out [of] the house at a young age. I learned that I had to figure it out. Do you fold? What do you do? It kind of made me exactly who I am today.
