Explain what Culture Soul offers.
We have the Culture Soul, which is the soul food, and we have Le Culture, which are the favorites from Le Culture [Café] and we also have the Smackin’ Sauces. There are the Smackin’ Chicken wings, Smackin’ Mac & Cheese, Smackin’ Lobster Bites, Smackin’ Catfish, Smackin’ Steak Bites and Smackin’ Salmon Bites. We also have side dishes and desserts.
Is there anything you would have done differently now that you’ve gone through the closing of Le Culture Café?
No, I’m a firm believer in trusting the process. You go through stuff to make you strong, the only thing I wish is that I would have opened up [Culture Soul] sooner.
