Janell Stephens, owner of Camille Rose beauty brand and creator of the Beaute Noir Festival, is celebrating Juneteenth in Atlanta. The event will feature live performances from Goodie Mob, Kid Saiyan, Memphis Suede and more. The Beaute Noir Festival will take place June 18 at the Old Fourth Ward Park.
