Amber Rose and Ye West dated from 2008 to 2010. A year later, West hooked up with Kim Kardashian, and that’s when things got publicly messy with the rapper and Rose.
From “The Breakfast Club” interview during which West said he had to take 30 showers before he got with Kardashian to Rose calling the family the “Kartrashians,” things seemed to never get solved between the ex-couple. With West and Kardashian now divorced, Rose opened up how about the split.
On July 17, Rose was a guest on the podcast “It’s Tricky with Raquel Harper,” and when asked if she saw the divorce between West and Kardashian coming, she responded, “Of course.”
“I have my own — I don’t want to say feeling for him, because that sounds like a positive thing for Kanye,” Rose said. “I have my own issues and feelings, how I feel about how our relationship was.”
Though it seemed like there was bad blood, Rose said she never wished anything negative the divorced couple.
“I never had any ill feelings, like ‘I hope they get divorced,’ or ‘he’s going to get his day,’ ” Rose said. “She seems happy now with Pete [Davidson].”
Kardashian does seem happy with Davidson, and West is still looking for love after it was rumored that he and Chaney Jones broke up over a month ago.
