Ruth E. Carter rocked the NAACP Image Awards pink carpet in a design by student Osadayi Ohanmu, who won the first round of Carter’s “Design a Dress” competition. Carter, the costume designer for Black Panther and Coming to America, also shared the inspiration for her most iconic looks.
