Comedian Tiffany Haddish has officially been charged with driving while under the influence.

The formal charges leveled at Haddish on Dec. 13, come after she was arrested in November for falling asleep at the wheel.

Page Six reported the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office said Haddish was charged with one misdemeanor count of driving under the influence of alcohol and another misdemeanor count of driving with .08 percent blood alcohol content.

Under California law, it is illegal to drive with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher if a person is over 21 years old.

Haddish is due back in court on Dec. 22 for her arraignment and plea in the case, according to Page Six.

The Night School star has yet to publicly address her charges. Instead, she has been promoting her new book, I Curse You with Joy.

Haddish — who was booked by cops in January 2022 in Georgia after cops received a call that a driver was dozing off on the road — was arrested early on Nov. 24 for falling asleep in a car in Beverly Hills, California, hours after performing at a comedy show over the Thanksgiving break.

“We responded to a call of a vehicle on the roadway at 5.45 this morning,” a watch commander for the Beverly Hills Police Department said.

He also noted officers were told the driver was “asleep behind the wheel.”

Page Six added sources said her car was “stopped in lanes of traffic” and not pulled over to the side, meaning any vehicles that were driving in the area at that time would have had to go around her car.

It is unclear who placed the call to police and whether it was one of the other drivers on the road.

The watch commander stressed there were “no traffic collisions.”

When Haddish was booked by police in 2022, police said the comic’s vehicle was pulled into the yard of a local residence.

TMZ added officers believed the stand-up comic had been under the influence of marijuana — and the Girls Trip star later joked about the ordeal during an appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”

“I can say this, Jimmy — I’ve been praying to God to send me a new man. A good man … and God went ahead and sent me four … in uniform,” she quipped a few weeks after the incident.
