Megan Thee Stallion just put her naysayers on notice that she’s been listening to their sneak disses and she’s had just about enough.

In the wee hours of Friday, Jan. 26 her new track, “Hiss,” went live across all platforms and from the very start of the track, she made it clear that she didn’t come to play as she starts with a spoken dialogue of “I just wanna kick this s— off by saying f— y’all — I ain’t gotta clear my name of a m—–f—ing thing!”

From there, a laundry list of people, including ex-boyfriend, Pardi Fontaine, convicted felon Tory Lanez, and especially Nicki Minaj land in Meg’s crosshairs with blistering bars.

As to be expected, Meg’s bars for Minaj have garnered the majority of attention as fans believe the two have been trading subtle shots for years, especially after Meg repeatedly collaborated with Minaj’s sworn enemy, Cardi B,  on hits like “W.A.P.” and “Bongos.”

“These h— don’t be mad at Megan/ These h— mad at Megan’s Law
I dont really know what the problem is but I guarantee yall dont’t want me to start
B—- you a p—-, never finna check me
Every chance you get bet your weak a– won’t address me”

Megan’s Law is the name of a federal law that requires law enforcement to notify the public when a registered sex offender moves to or travels to a new area. It is named after a 7-year-old New Jersey girl, Megan Kanka, who was raped and killed by a registered sex offender who moved across the street from the Kanka family without their knowledge.

The “Pink Friday 2” rapper is married to Kenneth Petty, who is required to register as a sex offender due to a 1995 convicted for the first-degree attempted rape of a 16-year-old girl when he was 17.

Petty was notably arrested back in March 2020 after failing to notify California officials of his registered sex offender status after he and Minaj moved there.

It appears Minaj may have been waiting on this day to come because within in a couple hours of the release of “Hiss,” she went live on Instagram with what appears to be a Meg diss track playing loudly in the background. Minaj repeatedly had the track start over and over again as it opens with the lines “Bad b—-, she like six feet/I call her Bigfoot/ The b—- fell off, I said get up on your good foot.”

Shortly thereafter, Megan seemingly responded to Minaj on Instagram herself with a simple picture posted to her IG stories of her laughing hysterically, presumably at Minaj’s reaction.
