Ice Spice put all speculation to rest: She is not a fan of Latto.
The rapper from the New York City borough of the Bronx all-but-confirmed the rapper she was referring to in her latest single “Think U The S— (Fart).”
“When I’m seeing that I’m in the back of your weak a– snippet,” Spice said on spaces on X, formerly known as Twitter. “That’s why I was confused. I was like, ‘Wait a second. That’s me?’ So I’m like, ‘OK. Well since we’re talking about me, let’s talk about me, and I dropped that.”
Her fans then commented on how surprised they were to see one of Spice’s music videos on the TV in the background of one of Latto’s snippets. Spice then echoed the listener’s shock.
“I was like, ‘This has to be fake,'” Spice said on the Spaces. “This is AI, but b—- be bold, you know what I’m saying? So I was, ‘Oh. So we’re being bold today.'”

One of the more notable other back and forths Spice and Latto had was when Spice won a Billboard award in 2023 and said, “Thank you to my fans.” At the 2022 BET Awards, Latto went viral when she said, “Thank you to my man,” in her acceptance speech.
Spice and Latto appeared to have inherited a beef from older rap peers in Nicki Minaj and Cardi B. Minaj has publicly expressed her disdain for both Cardi B and Latto, and Spice is a music and business collaborator on Minaj’s “Heavy On It” record label.
