Diddy’s several sexual assault allegations caught the attention of many late last year, and it cost the Bad Boy Records founder many business deals along the way.

On a recent episode of “The Pivot” podcast, Floyd Mayweather was asked about Diddy’s sexual assault allegations, and the boxer had an interesting take on the situation.

“I’m not going to speak bad about P. Diddy because he’s still a Black man,” Mayweather said. “Mistakes happen, and I can’t say if it is or it isn’t a mistake. Things happen in life, and P. Diddy’s business is P. Diddy’s business. It’s not my job, or anybody else’s job, to go on the internet and stomp him and kick a man while he’s down. My take on it is it’s not my business.”

Mayweather then mentioned what he would do if his daughter were in the same situation.

“I don’t think it’s right at all, and I don’t condone it. Even if it happened to my daughter, I would be hurt. But that’s a choice my daughter made,” Mayweather said.

In November 2023, Cassie filed a lawsuit against Diddy, alleging that he raped and abused her during their past relationship. The case was settled weeks later, but he faced three additional lawsuits from women who claimed he sexually assaulted them.

Diddy has denied all of the allegations against him.
