Gabourey Sidibe is pregnant with twins.
The 40-year-old Precious star has revealed she is expecting two babies with her husband Brandon Frankel and joked they decided to start a family to give their two cats “some responsibility,” revealing the double bundle of joy is due to arrive soon.
“I’m pregnant! We thought it was time to give our cats some responsibility so we’re giving them each a baby to take care of! Double the babies, double the cats, double the fun!! Twin Delivery coming soon! Twinty Twinty Four!!” Gabourey shared a picture of her husband with his arms wrapped around her baby bump in a post on Instagram.
She also added a snapshot of the pair trying out a double stroller and another which showed them standing in their bathroom with Brandon placing one hand lovingly on her tummy.
The baby news comes two years after the couple married in secret in their kitchen shortly after becoming engaged.
Gabourey and Brandon exchanged vows in March 2021, but they didn’t reveal the happy news until a year later. The actress admitted she wanted a low-key ceremony because she isn’t a fan of weddings.
“The thing about weddings is I don’t like them. Here’s an example of how much I don’t like them – I’m actually married. We got married over a year ago … [We got married] at the kitchen table … I really don’t like weddings,” she explained during an appearance on “Live with Kelly and Ryan” last year.
After the interview aired, her spouse took to Instagram to gush over his “forever person.” Brandon shared pictures of the pair sat at the kitchen table showing off their wedding bands and cupcakes with their initials iced on.
“SURPRISE! I can finally call her my WIFE publicly! Since @gabby3shabby finally spilled the beans today on ‘Live with Kelly and Ryan’ – we’ve been MARRIED since March ’21! Relieved we can finally tell the world.
“So thankful to have found my forever person, my partner-in-crime, and the love of my life. Every day is the best day with you. Nobody I would rather raise cats with and be in bed by a smooth 8pm with. Love you forever.” he wrote.
The couple met on exclusive dating app Raya and they announced their engagement in November 2020.

Babies are not a blessing in cases where a woman is raped by her father, brother, uncle, neighbor, grandfather or who ever else has a penis. Choose your thoughts carefully. Do you have daughters? Won’t be too much of a blessing if they were brutally and left for dead and pregnant.
