After staying up all night on a sleepover Twitch livestream with Kai Cenat and Druski, Kevin Hart said he was going to the gym right after. In the sleepover stream, Cenat always holds a contest where the first person to fall asleep will get doused with cold water. Hart stayed up the entire night.

During 7 a.m. hour on June 11, Hart revealed where he was going to next: First the gym, then to set.

Hart has prided himself on his health throughout his career.

Hart is a long-time Nike partner who’s hosted various marathons throughout America. He also has a chain of vegan comfort food restaurants based in Los Angeles called the Hart House.

“I founded Hart House to create a good experience that combines the joy of coming together over food, with the power of purpose,” Hart wrote in a mission statement on the Hart House website. “Our amazing chefs and team members have crafted a 100 percent plant-based menu that delivers ‘can’t-believe-it’ flavor in every bite. I know you’re going to love it.”

The comedian and his trainer Ron “Boss” Everline have always taken his health seriously.

“Health and wellness have definitely changed my life,” Hart said in a 2017 “Good Morning America” interview. “I put a heavy demand on myself, and for my body to respond, I have to take care of it. The reason why I’m such a health nut is because I want to give myself the best chance to win.”

“This one life that I have; I expect to live it to the fullest,” he stated. “I can’t expect to do things at the highest level if I’m not giving myself the chances I deserve. From eating good, health and fitness — everything.”
