Khloé Kardashian is getting flamed on social media as a flagrant hypocrite after she slammed Los Angeles’ mayor for allegedly compromising the city’s water-fighting capabilities when her family were water hogs.
Kardashians blasted as ‘water wasters’
Kardashian called Mayor Karen Bass “a joke” after fire chief Kristin Crowley’s interview with Fox 11 LA interview, claiming Bass failed to sufficiently provide the fire department with resources by cutting their budgets, thus greatly impairing their ability to fight the infernos that are torching Los Angeles.
However, social media stormed onto X and other platforms to blast the Kardashian family for being the biggest “water wasters” in Southern California.
The Kardashian sister posted a snap from the interview on Instagram and added, “Thank you for being honest, Chief Crowley … Mayor Bass, you are a joke!!!”
Kardashian also eviscerated a suspect who allegedly started an additional damaging fire.
The Kardashians were subjected to a torrent of criticisms in June 2022, when Khloé Kardashian’s home in Calabasas used about 101,000 gallons of water over the allotted limit, while her sister Kim Kardashian’s mansions used 232,000 excess gallons of water.
Fans torch Kardashians for blatant hypocrisy
One X user wrote, “Instead of Khloe Kardashian talking bulls— about Mayor Bass, people should be talking about how she and her sister used an excess of over 300,000 gallons of water in just one month during a drought. How about the water waster just STFU.”
A second user penned: “Wonder where all of our water went? Kardashian Greed! No wonder our land is burning.”
Another took a swipe at the reality show family, saying, “Khloe Kardashian think’s she’s better than anyone else that’s why she wasted over 300,000 gallons of water. I’m not interested in anything that stupid–e-dope has to say. Boycott her vain and useless family.”
