A former paid escort has filed a civil lawsuit against Cassie for allegedly infecting him with a sexually transmitted disease during their multiple “freak-off” parties.
The complainant, Clatyon Howard, named Casandra “Cassie” Ventura and Sean “Diddy” Combs as co-defendants. He claims in the lawsuit, obtained by Complex magazine, that he was hired by Diddy and that he and Cassie coerced the many sex participants to consume powerful narcotics and alcohol during the many debaucherous parties.
The male dancer wants compensation for a list of indignities
Finally, Howard is looking to reap compensation for Cassie allegedly aborting a baby that he helped to create without his knowledge.
Howard says his involvement began in 2009, when he was hired for what Diddy called “freak-offs.” These were wild sexual gatherings involving multiple partners, drugs, and, Howard claims, a toxic environment shaped by Diddy and Cassie’s abusive relationship.
Dancer feels used by fulfilling Diddy and Cassie’s sexual peculiarities
“They trafficked me for the purposes of commercial sex, using me as entertainment to satisfy their sexual fetishes and personal ambitions,” he penned in the documents through his attorney.
Howard alleges Cassie convinced him to take ecstasy and coerced him into repeated unprotected sex. He says that encounter led to him contracting a sexually transmitted disease.
Dancer says Cassie gave him an STD and hideous sores
“She continued having unprotected sex with me,” he added. Predictably, Cassie became pregnant, but “she aborted the pregnancy without telling me,” he stated in the legal docs.
Howard says he was traumatized after Cassie forced him into abnormal acts, including masturbation for multiple hours at a time.
“It resulted in tears, skin peeling, and scabbing to my penis,” he revealed.
Yet, Howard continued to frequent the freak-offs and collect a check for a period.
The dancer kept coming back for more
Despite the reprehensible behavior that took place at the freak-offs, Howard continued to answer Diddy’s and Cassie’s calls to populate the parties, claiming that the manipulation by both Diddy and Cassie lasted for a five-year period.
He is now seeking damages for physical injuries, emotional distress, medical bills, and lost wages.
“I suffered pain and suffering, emotional distress and mental anguish, plus loss of enjoyment of life,” the lawsuit claims.
Howard’s name surfaced frequently during the two-month-long trial, though he was never called to the stand to testify. It was alleged by prosecutors, and verified through receipts, that Howard traveled to Los Angeles and New York for the multiple freak-off parties and that he stayed at the Four Seasons on Diddy’s tab.
Neither Diddy nor Cassie has publicly responded to Howard’s accusations.
Diddy was eventually found guilty on the two charges of transportation to engage in prostitution and faces up to 20 years in prison. The disgraced Bad Boy boss was, however, acquitted of the two most serious charges of racketeering and sex trafficking.
Sentencing for Diddy will be determined at a later date.
