Angela Simmons’ box braids
A reality show star turned socialite is showing off a sexy new hairstyle. Angela Simmons shared photos of her box braids hairdo on Tumbler this week. The protective style was especially popular last summer when Beyoncé hopped on the ’90s coiffure trend.
For Angela’s take on the style, the Pastry designer swept the braids into an elegant bun with highlights. She later took pictures of the style for Jones magazine.
In addition to getting a photo spread in the mag, Angela is preparing to release her own line of hair extensions. An extension aficionado who has natural waist length tresses, Angela’s “Angela I Am” hair line will feature Indian Remy hair in curly, body wave, wavy and straight textures.
