Rod Brown, COO of Oncelogix, a $3 million plus startup specializing in Web-based solutions for the health care industry believes it’s better to give than to receive and that applies to more than material goods.

Because Brown believes in the power of giving, he has launched a special weekly leadership conference call titled the Lead or Lose Leadership call designed to help those in business and leadership roles to become more effective.

“We want to end the year with a bang and start off 2015 with a deep dive on emerging, changing and evolving leadership innovations,” Brown says. “We were very successful in starting our businesses from the ground up and by providing these instrumental tools allows us to give back to our clients and the communities we serve.”

Brown and his two business partners left their corporate jobs and began their startup and never looked back. And because their breakthrough product, Sharenote, an electronic health care software for mental health, has been very successful and well received by the industry. They’re making it their mission to help other businesses, entrepreneurs and leaders to become successful.

“We are celebrating the true spirit of the holidays by remembering the reason for the season with ways to encourage, empower and motivate our communities,” adds Brown.

Leadership topics will include:

• Increasing leadership abilities

• The seven factors of leadership

• The five phases of leadership

• Six qualities to help a leader gain respect

• The cost of being a good leader

The 15-minute weekly call is open to the public and completely free.

Those interested in the leadership call can simply dial in on Tuesday’s at 6 a.m. (EDT) to hear the live call or at 9 a.m. (EDT) to listen to the recorded call. The conference number is (530) 881.1300 and the access code is 590214.
