Think bodybuilding is just for 20 and 30-something year olds?
The NPC Southern States Championships which takes place in Florida every year had to create new categories to accomodate the older age group of bodybuilders. This year the War Memorial Auditorium was filled with buff and toned men and women over 50 ready to compete.
