After being away for a week, singer Jennifer Lopez returned home to news that security guards on her property found John Dubis, 49, living in her pool house. Police reports claim that he lived on the property for six days with his car parked right in front of the home. The incident was reported to have taken place on August 8 and the police were called to the home to remove the man.
When confronted by the guards, he made claim that he was the divorced singer’s husband, that he was the father of J.Lo’s twins and that she allowed him to stay in the pool house while she was gone.. He was taken in for psychiatric evaluation.
He was charged the following day of burglary, criminal contempt, stalking and possession of burglar tools. His next court date is Aug. 28.
Dubis is being held on $100,000 bail.
Lopez purchased the Water Mill mansion in May 2013 for close to $10 million.
