Kristen Stewart, the 22-year-old star of the wildly popular “Twilight” series has just made a shocking revelation; she cheated on her boyfriend with a famed movie director. Stewart, who stars alongside her beau, Robert Pattinson, in the “Twilight” trilogy released a statement today confirming that she cheated on Pattinson with Rupert Sanders. Sanders, a 41-year-old married father of two, directed Stewart’s latest film, Snow White and the Huntsman.
“I’m deeply sorry for the hurt and embarrassment I’ve caused to those close to me and everyone this has affected,” said Stewart in a statement. “This momentary indiscretion has jeopardized the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob. I love him, I love him, I’m so sorry,” she added.
Pattinson has yet to respond. Rupert Sanders’ wife, however, took to her public Twitter account and commented “Wow” after hearing the news. She later deleted the tweet.
