Teen sensation Mindless Behavior, pop phenomena Usher and Katy Perry, and Oscar-winning actor and singer Jamie Foxx, just to name a few are making their rounds. First lady Michelle Obama has been showing off her new hair cut and daughters Malia and Sasha are enjoying the scene.
