Porn star Mr. Marcus will serve time in jail for knowing exposing others to an STD. According to reports, Mr. Marcus, Jesse Spencer, tested positive for syphilis and received a penicillin shot on July 13, 2012. Once he did a follow-up screening two weeks later, it was determined that he was still infected.
During that time, he was offered a starring role in a porn. Before porn stars warm, the are tested for all STDs. When Mr. Marcus was asked for his most recent STD results, he gave producers an altered copy. He received work in two films and had sex with two actresses before producers discovered the altered version.
Mr. Marcus was arrested and pleaded no contest to one count of exposing others to a communicable disease. A judge sentenced Mr. Marcus to 30 days in prison, 15 days community service and three years probation.
The actresses who Mr. Marcus had sex with did not contract the disease.
