Paparazzi snap a rare Blue Ivy Carter photo
While fans were still snickering over her unflattering Super Bowl performance photos, Beyoncé was in California having a relaxing lunch date withe her family. The superstar, 31, was spotted at Gjelinas restaurant in Venice, Calif., where she dined alongside her husband, Jay-Z, and her security detail. Also in tow was baby Blue Ivy, who was carried by Beyoncé’s security guard Julius and swaddled in a grey blanket. Luckily for photographers who trailed the Carters to their daytime dining experience, the blanket was pulled down far enough to give them a quick glance at Blue’s usually covered face.
This is not the first time the paparazzi have snapped a picture of Blue while out with her mother. In July Beyonce did her best to shield her face on a shopping trip but photographers with powerful zoom lenses still managed to snap a few shots.
