Brown Remarries, Daughter Skips Wedding

Bobby Brown is officially a married man now that he’s wed his longtime girlfriend and manager. Brown, 43, and Alicia Etheridge exchanged vows Monday while surrounded by family and friends. Brown’s children, Landon, 23, La’Princia, 22, and Bobby Jr., 19 all attended the ceremony as well as the couple’s only child, 3-year-old Cassius. Noticeably absent, however, was Brown’s daughter, Bobbi Kristina. The 19-year-old was said to be filming her Lifetime reality show with the rest of Whitney Houston’s family.

Etheridge donned a strapless gown and simple necklace for the ceremony while her new husband donned a red suit and adidas sneakers. A single picture of the couple was shared on Instagram.

While Brown was no doubt elated about the nuptials, the absence of his teenager daughter couldn’t have gone unnoticed. The singer and Bobbi Kris have reportedly been at odds, with the teen even considering dropping her father’s last name and taking on her mother’s. The move would not only be to pay tribute to her mother but to distance herself from her dad.
