Chris Brown ready to talk to police about Frank Ocean fight

With it being widely reported that singer-songwriter Frank Ocean is prepared to press charges against fellow superstar Chris Brown after the two artists got into a brawl late Sunday night (Jan. 27), it looks like Brown’s legal team is working to counter whatever action Ocean may take against their client. According to reports, Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos, and the rest of his team have obtained surveillance video of the last part of the fight — and Chris Brown isn’t punching anyone at all.

In the footage, the fighting is being done solely by the two superstars’ respective entourages, according to TMZ.

The footage shows the tail end of the fight, which took place in the lobby of the recording studio. That’s as much as the camera was able to capture. So it doesn’t reveal who started the melee, which began in the parking lot, where there are no cameras.

Brown initially fled the scene when police arrived, but claims that he was advised to do so by Geragos. The singer is still on probation stemming from pleading guilty to domestic assault in 2009 after he physically abused his girlfriend, superstar singer Rihanna.
