Gucci Mane may have to spend time behind bars for an incident that occurred in an Atlanta nightclub in March. According to reports, Gucci Mane has been indicted on one count of aggravated assault for attacking U.S. Army soldier, James Lettley.
While at Harlem Nights, James Lettley claimed that he spotted Gucci Mane and approached the rapper to get a picture with him. Instead of granting Lettley his wish or politely declining to take the photo, Gucci Mane hit Lettley in the head with a bottle. Lettley was taken to a hospital and received 10 stitches on his head.
Gucci Mane continues to have run-ins with the law. The rapper has been arrested and jailed on five occasions in the last seven years on assault, weapon charges and drug possession.
