Victim refuses to snitch on Suge Knight

Marion "Suge" Knight in Courtroom

The tragic hit-and-run accident that left one person severely injured and another dead allegedly caused by former rap mogul Suge Knight is getting stranger by the day. The surviving victim refuses to snitch on Knight despite clear video evidence of Knight’s actions.

At a preliminary hearing Monday on whether Knight will stand trial on murder, attempted murder, and hit-and-run charges, victim Cle “Bone” Sloan was called to the witness stand.  According to witnesses, when the prosecutor began to question Sloan about Knight, he began to cry and stated he “doesn’t want to be used to send this man to prison.” Sloan refused to identify Knight as the person who ran him over and stated he did not want to be labeled a snitch. Sloan’s loyalty to Knight is amazing considering his reported injuries included two fractured ankles, two torn ligaments in his knees and a shoulder injury.

Even more amazing is that Sloan seems to take the blame for the entire incident admitting that he hit Knight in the face first and stated, “I screwed up and Terry’s dead.” Referring to victim Terry Carter, who was killed when Knight’s truck struck and rolled over him during the encounter. Sloan’s startling admission bolster’s the argument of Knight’s legal team that Knight was in fear of his life and acted in self-defense.
