Kanye West may have sent a subtle message regarding his ties to Jay Z’s new streaming venture, Tidal. Days after it was announced that Tidal was struggling, Kanye has decided to delete his references to Tidal from his Twitter account.

During the launch of Tidal, Kanye was one of several notable celebrities to use social media to spread the word on Tidal. He also changed his avatar to the Tidal logo. But along with deleting his tweets, Kanye has also changed his avatar back to the picture of his album cover, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.

When the app was launched in March, it briefly made its way onto the U.S. iPhone top 20 download chart. But the app has since fallen out of the top 700. Tidal’s CEO was fired weeks after the launch and the entire venture appears to be in jeopardy.

West defended Tidal against claims of being in the Illuminati during an interview with Paper mag, but he has yet to issue his thoughts on the company’s latest struggles.
