Typically, when rappers go to strip clubs it’s a carefree, bootylicious, rack-throwing fun time. But that wasn’t the case on Wednesday night when Lil Wayne and Trick Daddy nearly came to blows at Miami’s famous King of Diamonds strip club. According to VladTV, Lil Wayne and YMCMB president Mack Maine were enjoying a party at KOD when Tricky Daddy rolled into the club with a crew that was allegedly 40-50 people deep looking for Wayne. Sources claim that Trick has held a grudge against Wayne ever since the Young Money rapper went on an anti-Miami rant back in February. “If anybody don’t like it they can die tonight. I don’t care who be [sic] offended by what I say. I rep my city and [don’t] want nobody disrespecting [it],” Trick said at the time, adding, “So from now on, when they get here, they’re going to have to start checking in.” Well, apparently, Wayne didn’t check in with Trick like he demanded and when Trick and a few members of his crew found Wayne and Mack Maine making their exit from the club, Trick allegedly threw a cigarette into Wayne’s locs. Before a fight could break out, security intervened and escorted Wayne out of the club. However, TMZ sources claim that it wasn’t Trick who threw the cigarette at Wayne, it was his crew members who did it instead. The sources also claim that Wayne and Trick were never face-to-face and Trick was not a part of a reported altercation outside of the club. What is known for sure is that KOD tried to diffuse the situation with the tweet, “YMCMB in the Building!!!!! No worries …” However, a follower by the name of @mostdoe50 replied, “@KOD_Miami trick daddy in the house n—as betta watch they mouth! #slipnslide #f**klilwayne #f**kkod #tootsiesallday.” KOD later spoke to TMZ about the altercation, saying that, “It’s sad they had to revisit a situation that was Internet beef … while surrounded by naked girls.” However, the strip club maintains that both Wayne and Trick are welcome to return to their establishment. Let’s just hope that those two don’t wind up in the same place again. Unfortunately, this isn’t the only time a beef has threatened to turn violent.
