Rich Homie Quan show ends in gunplay, murder

Rich Homie Quan performed in Columbus, Ohio, this week at the Red Zone, but the show ended on a tragic note after a man was shot during Quan’s performance.

Jeremiah Frazier, 24,  was reportedly shot and killed at the show. According to Dispatch.com. While Quan was performing his single “Type of Way,” shots were allegedly fired. Frazier appears to be the only person struck by the gunfire, but it is unclear if he was the clear target of the shooter or merely a bystander.


He was reportedly shot at 2:30 a.m., according to Columbus police. Frazier was rushed to the Ohio Health Grant Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 5:21 a.m.

No potential motive has been offered from the police, and no arrests have been made.


Rich Homie Quan has yet to comment on the incident. Quan has performed at the same venue before with no violence reported.
