Tamika Fuller has already been through the wringer trying to gain custody of her daughter with Ludacris, Cai Bella Bridges. And although she lost an initial custody battle and was even denied an appeal for a new custody trial, it looks like Fuller is ready for battle, once again, because a new report claims that she’s trying again for an appeal.
According to media reports on May 18, Fuller filed an appeal in Fulton County, Georgia, and is planning to take the case to the Court of Appeals.
Fuller is asking that the appellate court overturn the ruling of the original judge and give her full custody of Cai. Fuller is also asking for child support from Ludacris.
With the appeal in motion, it looks like Luda will have to prepare himself for another major custody battle with Fuller. Whatever happens, we just hope Cai ends up in the best care possible and that she can foster relationships with both of her parents.
