Tyga’s tweets about Young Money anger

Young Money rapper Tyga is apparently very unhappy with the label. The rapper’s third Young Money album, The Gold Album: 18th Dynasty, is currently expected to be released in November; but according to Tyga’s Twitter, he’s frustrated with the way his label has handled the project. And he made his feelings known in a series of tweets airing his grievances to his fans.

“Gold album been done,” Tyga tweeted. “My label holding me hostage so I can’t release nothing. Might just leak it for my fans then let them make $ off it.”

“The music industry is a devil’s playground. I’m a man of God,” he continued.

When a fan tweeted the rapper, asking if he was “still YM,” Tyga’s response was cold and very telling.

“Not for long,” he replied.

“#LastKings is what I built and the only thing I rep,” Tyga tweeted. “Ain’t no one man gonw stay in the same spot forever that’s a sucka. I’m a hustler so I took what lil bit he gave me and doubled up – 2pac.”

Young Money president Mack Maine then addressed Tyga’s tweets with what seemed to be a warning.

“Don’t forget about puttin’ limes in coconuts!!!” Maine tweeted to Tyga. “What you ‘rep’ didn’t make you or build you!!” to which Tyga responded, “@mackmaine it’s about growth, not maintaining.”

“Never bite the hand that feeds you. But never starve for the hand that doesn’t. #LastKings,” he added.
