Before Kandi Burruss was living in a $1 million Atlanta home with $20,000 in renovations, she was already living large in a swanky Fayetteville estate. As previously reported Kandi, her fiancé Todd Tucker and her daughter Riley are currently dwelling in an impressive mansion that features an indoor pool, 8,000 square feet of space and a guesthouse.

Prior to moving to her new home in 2012 however, the So So Def singer’s home was certainly already plush. Burruss’ house featured four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and two 1/2 baths. Like her new digs, the property even had a guesthouse with two bedrooms and two baths.

“Fayetteville is an affluent area that I always knew about. It’s not far from where I grew up. I always wanted to have a house in a nice neighborhood; there are a lot of well-to-do African-American people here; it’s a mixed community,” Kandi previously told the Atlanta Journal Constitution about her home.
