After all of the divorce drama with ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches, Dwyane Wade is taking his story to TV. Wade, 31, has signed on with Fox Network, through Sony Pictures Television for a comedy TV series about an NBA star who receives full custody of his two sons.

The sitcom titled “Three The Hard Way,” came to Wade while working on his book A Father First, which was released in September 2012. Wade, later pitched the idea himself to several executives before signing with Sony.

“I will be involved — I’ll be very involved, ” says the Miami Heat baller about his involvement in the project.

There have been no further details released including who will play Wade’s character or whether or not his movie star girlfriend, Gabrielle Union, will make an appearance but the father of two assures that everything is in the works.

“Haven’t figured that out yet — But I’m sure it’ll be somebody very handsome. “She [Gabrielle] might have a small role, you never know,” he says

We look forward to seeing what Fox, Sony and Wade can put together. – ruthie hawkins/@ruubabie
