Reginae Carter celebrates her 16th birthday
Daughter of Lil Wayne and Toya Carter, Reginae Carter brought in her Sweet 16 New Orleans style, with an all white everything affair in Atlanta.
Dressed in a series of embellished princess dresses, gaudy jewelry and a cape labeled “Young Nae,” the teen welcomed her guests including Nicki Minaj, Rasheeda, Kandi Burruss, Tiny Harris and more to bring in her birthday in style.
