As Interpol agent Louis Salinger (Clive Owen), seeks to stop a bank’s funding of terrorism, the pulse-pounding, action-laced backdrop provided by director Tom Tykwer is just what Owen needs to make this film thoroughly enjoyable. –dewayne rogers
