Starring: Desmond Harrington, Lea Thompson
Studio: Peach Arch Home Entertainment
Rated: R
It’s Christmas Eve and a busload of people is going home for the holidays. However, a group of drugged out, Mad Max-looking bikers has other ideas. Now, these 10 passengers must band together and find a way to fight off the bikers or suffer dire consequences. That’s the premise behind Exit Speed. As far as action movies go, Exit Speed is pretty decent. Yes, some of the actors clearly aren’t on the level of Fred Ward or Lea Thompson, but once you get past that, you can actually enjoy Exit Speed’s action. But the real treat here is watching Lea Thompson act tough. Priceless. –dark abyss
