4. Build and maintain relationships with family and friends: Keep up with the people who have your best interests at heart, they will be there when you need them the most.
5. Stick to your plan: Set goals for yourself and stay focused. Write them down and hang it up on a wall so that you can see your goals everyday — it helps!
