Dr. Conrad Murray, Michael Jackson’s doctor at the time of his death, is set to turn himself in today and the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office has a criminal complaint prepared and ready to file against him.
TMZ was told it’s now just a matter of time before Dr. Murray is charged with involuntary manslaughter — a felony that carries a maximum four-year prison sentence — and the circus, er … trial to prosecute begins.
Dr. Murray is in Los Angeles and his legal team is already strategizing.
