Monica proved that she is the Southern queen of R&B at yesterday’s in-store meet and greet that took place at DTLR, an urban fashion retailer in Atlanta. One thousand fans showed up to meet the sultry star and get a signed copy of her new album, Still Standing.

Although Monica signed autographs for nearly three hours, hundreds of fans were unable to meet Monica because the singer had to catch a flight to attend her album release party in New York. However, Monica decided to hold another meet and greet at DTLR on Thursday to satisfy the fans who were turned away.
