Usher Brings Star Power to ‘American Idol’ Just in Time for His Album Release

Looks like Usher has been hit with ‘American Idol’ fever, as he will be staring as a guest judge on the show Tuesday  March 30 and Wednesday March 31, in which he’s also scheduled to perform.
Ushers appearance on the show coincides with the release of his new album “Raymond vs. Raymond,” which hits iTunes and stores nationwide on March 30.
The Pop R&B star will serve as a mentor to the Idol hopefuls, as the top 10 contestants select tracks to perform during R&B/Soul week.
Usher definitely has mentoring ability being that he is the mastermind behind pop sensation Justin Bieber.
Since his divorce, Usher has thrown himself back into music full force.  The success of singles “Daddy’s Home” and “Little Freak” which are receiving heavy radio rotation at stations around the country, shows despite the trials he will remain at the top. ~Christian Johnson
