Co-Founder of WEEN: Valeisha Butterfield gets engaged

Co-founder of WEEN, Valeisha Butterfield,is now engaged to NBA baller Dahntay Jones.  Valeisha, the WEEN chair and daughter of U.S. Congressman G. K. Butterfield and N.C. State Representative Jean Farmer – has just released their official engagement photo just before their summer wedding. The Indiana Pacers star and Valeisha are getting married at her family’s North Carolina estate. According to reports:

“The bride-to-be served in the Obama Administration from 2009 – 2011.  And she’s also the co-founder and chair of the Women in Entertainment Empowerment Network (WEEN).

The groom-to-be is a New Jersey native, graduate of Duke University.  He’s also the founder of the Dahntay Jones Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to the empowerment of youth.”
