Chris Brown to Star In Film Adaptation of Steve Harvey's ’Think Like A Man’

Comedian and radio-host Steve Harvey’s best-selling novel, Act Like a Lady, Think Like A Man, is being transformed into a feature comedy film, Think Like A Man. And now that production has begun, reports have revealed that singer Chris Brown is set to round out the film’s all-star cast.

According to Black Film, the comedy, written by Keith Merryman and David A. Newman, and directed by Tim Story, will tell the tale of four buddies whose girlfriend’s begin to challenge them after heeding the advice of Harvey’s self-help book. Once the crew discovers that one of their own has betrayed them, they try to use the book’s teachings to turn the tide against the women.

Besides Brown and Good, the film will also star Hollywood vets Taraji P. Henson, Micheal Ealy, Gabrielle Union, Regina Hall and Romany Malco as well as Kevin Hart, Jessy Ferrera, Gary Owen and Terrence J from 106 & Park.

According to the film’s producer, Will Packer of Rainforest Films, believes that Harvey’s comedic skill and romantic insight will undoubtedly make the film a creative success.

“Steve Harvey has established himself as one of the funniest and most insightful voices in America. That coupled with an incredible cast makes this an exciting venture,” says Packer.

Harvey, Rushion McDonald and Rob Hardy will serve as the film’s executive producers.
