Perez Hilton has reported that Shar’s friend and former assistant, Justice, was distraught when he visited Shar at her Corona, Calif., home on Nov. 21. Justice stormed out of Shar’s home after drinking too much and becoming emotional. Shar walked around her neighborhood looking for him and found him hanging from a tree in her gated community.
Shar and her eldest son, Donnie, and her cousin, Brooklyn, cut him down and attempted to resuscitate him, but he was already dead. When paramedics arrived a short time later, Justice was pronounced dead at the scene.
Sources close to the actress say she is beyond devastated, and is traumatized by the suicide of someone she considered a close friend.
Such a tragic story. Tragic for the person who decided to kill himself as a permanent solution to his temporary problems, but also tragic for those closest to him, who will struggle with the emotions a loved one’s suicide so often brings. I pray Shar will get some help dealing with this tragedy. Witnessing a trauma like this can take a toll on you emotionally, spiritually and physically.
